Their formation story:
(Kolya, vocals): "The idea of this band has existed long before our demo was released. The first demos I wrote were a blend between Basement, Superheaven, and The Story So Far. I only wanted to be in a band with my best friends, so I hit up Changus, who is the best drummer on the planet. And when Julez joined on guitar we decided to push the sound in a more Hc influenced and aggressive direction."
Their sound in their own words:
"I would describe our sound as a mix of modern hardcore and some glimpses of nu-metal. Our influences reach from Oasis to Elliott Smith. But for this project, I’d say Locked Shut, Trapped Under Ice, Limp Bizkit, and Ocean Grove. Even though I sing with this 'tough guy‘ attitude about kicking someone's teeth in, we’re not taking ourselves very seriously.
"At the end of the day, these are just some stupid songs to make people dance and forget the trouble in their heads and our surroundings. At least thats what they do for me."
Latest release info:
"This EP is a good documentation of our process of finding our sound. It starts with a bouncy almost fully instrumental Intro, that was written in our first ever jam session together. Followed by an upbeat and aggressive hardcore song with a clear display of my anger against certain people in my life. I revisited the first real song I ever wrote, and its main riff became 'Bleached,' a song which combines all the previous things but with very personal lyrics and some clean vocals."
Future plans:
"We want to make a name for ourselves and establish us within the top level of German bands. We want to play as many shows as possible. I think this band has great potential, we just need everyone else to see it. Which is made possible with help from my homie Chris. He runs First Floor Funeral Records, the label we’re on. Shoutout to him, and of course to No Echo for giving us this platform!"
