
Thanks to bands like End It, Doubt, and Sinister Feeling, Charm City Hardcore has been killing it the past few years. One of the other newer groups from Baltimore that has been making noise these past few years is Jivebomb.
Arriving onto the hardcore scene via a 2021 demo, Jivebomb then linked up with Flatspot Records who released the band's Primitive Desires EP the following year.
With touring and festival appearances under their belts, Jivebomb are ready for their next chapter with Ethereal, their forthcoming debut album. The LP was recorded with Ben Greenberg (Uniform) at Circular Ruin in Brooklyn, New York, and will feature 10 tracks.
Jivebomb collaborated with directer Noah Haycock on the music video for the first single from Ethereal called "Survival Ain't Taught." The clip brings back the era in hip-hop when Hype Williams ruled MTV and BET:
Ramping up to their album's release, Jivebomb will be keeping busy out on the road. This week, they'll be playing a few East Coast shows, including four alongside Angel Du$t. They’ll also perform at the Miami, Florida edition of Flatspot World on February 15th, and at House of Disorder in Atlanta, Georgia in April. Full dates below.
